Home inspector reviews: 5.0 stars

The first job that I hired [them] for was for an older home, [they] found many problems with the home and I decided not to buy it because of what I learned from [the] report.

The most recent job was a three story, new construction townhome. I was able to use [the] report as a punch list with the builder prior to closing to fix issues that the builder didn’t see.

…report was clear, well-organized, and very easy to read. I especially appreciated how detailed it was without feeling overwhelming.

As a real estate agent in Miami, Top Property Inspections is my go to when suggesting professional home inspectors for pre-purchase or pre-listing inspections.

…Professional, picks up on any issues with homes, gets report back in timely manner and competitive pricing.

[Top Property Inspections] just did our 4-point and Wind Mitigation inspection for our house. Great service and highly recommended.

We got a Wind Mitigation inspection done for insurance purposes after putting a new roof on. [The inspector] was on time, professional and reasonably priced.

…a very professional packet for our wind mitigation & 4 point inspection. The pictures were wonderful.

The report was super thorough and included photos of every little detail which you want in a home inspection. We had our inspection and report done within 24 hours.

After many many years of being in real-estate related business I finally found an inspector that is punctual with exceptional communication skill.

We are so very grateful to Top Property Inspections for having made this process a smooth and pleasant one!

…the way of doing the inspection with detailed report gives you a clear idea of what needs to be taken care of immediately.

Very responsive and gives the most detailed reports I’ve ever seen.

The reports were detailed and worked perfectly with the 3rd parties that required them. I definitely recommend [their] services.

Needed an inspection and report ASAP to get a closing done and [they] over performed! Will definitely be using them again.
